Dr Hazel Wallace

Dr Hazel Wallace is a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutR). She has been affiliated with the National Health Service (NHS) in the United Kingdom since 2018. 

Also, she’s the founder of The Food Medic, an organization dedicated to educating individuals on the importance of health and wellness and food’s influential role in both. 

Dr Wallace is fluent in English, French, and Irish.


Dr Wallace’s impressive academic accomplishments testify to her expertise in health and wellness. 

After graduating with first-class honors in Medical Clinical Services from the University of South Wales, she pursued a Doctor of Medicine degree at Cardiff University. 

Not one to rest on her laurels, Dr Wallace continued to excel. She got a Master’s Degree in Nutrition Sciences from the renowned University College London (UCL), further solidifying her position as a leader in her field.


Wallace’s passion for promoting health and nutrition is truly inspiring. 

She has made significant contributions to the field through engaging columns in Stellar Magazine, HELLO!, and The Evening Standard. Through these publications, she shares her knowledge and insights with a wider audience.

Once upon the 11th of June in 2018, Dr Hazel Wallace embarked on a groovy audio adventure. It was the launching of the first episode of her podcast on Apple Podcasts, titled “Food for Fitness.” 

The esteemed Dr Anita Bean, a sports nutrition specialist, joined our brave podcast host. Together, they unraveled the mysteries of pre-workout supplements, post-workout munchies, and the art of eating healthy.

Fast forward to today. Dr Wallace’s podcast has had over 120 episodes across nine series.
