The Product: Ingredients and Benefits
Life-Space Broad Spectrum Probiotic contains 15 strains of good bacteria and is made for a healthy digestive system. It is researched and formulated for your immunity, to support your intestinal microbiome and bowel function, while supporting your everyday health and wellbeing.
The product is vegetarian friendly and has no added dairy, gluten or egg.
The measurement used for probiotics and other bacteria is CFU – colony forming units. Life-Space Broad Spectrum Probiotics contains 32 billion CFU including the probiotics strains L. = Lactobacillus and B. = Bifidobacterium. The former is found mostly in our digestive, urinary and genital system, while the latter is one of the major of bacteria that make up the gastrointestinal tract.
Testing the Product: Packaging and Taste Test
The product is sold by the number of hard capsules, 30, 60 or 90. It is packaged in a glass bottle with clear hard veggie capsule which contains a beige coloured powder.
As the powder is packaged in a capsule, there is no taste when swallowing. The capsule holds well in water and does not instantly melt when in contact with water. Its use of veggie capsules are known to be good for digestion, and are generally kosher and halal.
We got the 60 capsule bottle hence have been eating them everyday since. What we can share is that we have experienced a significant difference to our bowel health. This product is effective in helping with bowel movements, and also addresses bloating.
Appearance wise, the beige powder gradually turned grey overtime. We did not refrigerate it, as advised and had placed it in a dry place under 30 degree celsius.
